Paying with EcoCash: what to expect
The prompt, the PIN, and what to do when your phone doesn't buzz.
At checkout, choose EcoCash and type your number as 07XXXXXXXX.
What happens next
- We send a payment request to your phone.
- Your phone shows a prompt. Enter your EcoCash PIN.
- The order page updates by itself the moment the payment lands.
No prompt arrived?
- Check the number you typed on the order page.
- Make sure your line is on and has network.
- Dial the EcoCash menu and look for a pending request.
- If nothing arrives within five minutes, the order expires by itself and nothing is charged. Choose Try again to send a new prompt.
Money left my account but the order says unpaid
Contact us with the order number, which looks like GW-7K2QX9M, and the EcoCash reference. We can trace the payment and finish the order by hand.
