Turkish gift cards: lira face values, and what actually redeems
PlayStation Store from ₺250 to ₺5,000, Apple and iTunes in lira, Razer Gold from ₺10. Large numbers on the card, small numbers on the price.
Türkiye has some of the largest numbers on the shelf and some of the lowest dollar prices in the shop. A ₺5,000 PlayStation card sounds enormous and isn't, because lira.

The shelf
PlayStation Store climbs from ₺250 through ₺500, ₺750 and ₺1,000 up to ₺5,000. Apple covers ₺100 to ₺1,500 in seven steps, iTunes does ₺25, ₺50, ₺100, ₺250 and ₺1,000. Razer Gold starts at ₺10 and goes to ₺250. Carrefour is ₺500 and ₺1,000, IKEA ₺100 and ₺350.

Razer Gold, and what it reaches
Razer Gold is the odd one on this shelf and the most useful. It's a wallet that pays for games other wallets don't touch, including a long list of mobile and PC titles with no card of their own, and the Turkish version starts at ₺10.
If you play something that never seems to have a gift card, check whether it takes Razer Gold before deciding there's no way to pay for it from here.
Why this region gets asked about
Turkish store pricing has a reputation, and it brings people here looking for a bargain rather than for their own account's country. The rule doesn't bend. A lira card redeems on a Turkish account, not on a British or South African one.
Platforms have also tightened up on accounts made in one country and used from another, and a wallet you can't spend is worse than no wallet at all. If you want to use the Turkish store, read making a PlayStation account for another country first and go in knowing what you're taking on. For what you already have, find your PlayStation account region settles it in two minutes.
An Apple ID note
An Apple ID's country follows its payment details and its balance, and Apple makes you spend the balance down before you can move the country. So if yours is Turkish, lira iTunes cards are the straightforward way to fund it. If it isn't, these cards won't help you at all.
Balances stack either way, so ₺250 and ₺500 make ₺750 in one wallet.
