Game top-ups and your player ID
PUBG UC, Free Fire diamonds and Mobile Legends need your in-game ID, not just a code.
Most game top-ups are redeemed on the game's own top-up site, and some ask for your player ID instead of giving you a code to type in the game.
Finding your player ID
- PUBG Mobile: tap your avatar; the numeric ID is under your name.
- Free Fire: open your profile; the ID is under your nickname.
- Mobile Legends: profile, then the ID and server (zone) number.
Redeeming
Go to the official top-up site for the game, type your ID, choose the pack you bought, and enter the code. The currency lands in the game within a minute or two.
Double-check the ID before you confirm. Top-ups sent to the wrong ID can't be reversed by anyone, including us.
